Bring your own keys Enterprise

Plan

Every bring-your-own option on this page — transcription key, AI accounts and storage — is Enterprise. See Plans & billing.

Keep data and spend inside your own provider accounts. ScribX can route transcription, AI and storage through keys you control.

What you can bring

  • Transcription (STT) key Enterprise — run transcription through your own speech-to-text provider account.
  • AI accounts Enterprise — generate summaries and translations using your own LLM provider keys.
  • Storage Enterprise — store recordings in your own object storage bucket (e.g. S3 / Azure), so media never leaves your infrastructure.

Why teams do this

  • Data residency & control — recordings and content stay in your accounts.
  • Procurement & billing — usage lands on your existing provider contracts.
  • Compliance — satisfy requirements that data be processed under your own agreements.

Set it up

  1. In the web app, open Organization → Integrations.
  2. Add your provider keys (transcription / AI) and, for storage, your bucket credentials.
  3. New captures route through your accounts automatically.
note

Keys are stored encrypted at rest. The transcription engine in use is shown on a meeting's recording settings and is set at the organization level.
