Recordings library
The library is the home of everything you capture. Every meeting — a bot capture, an extension capture or a Quick Note — lands here within seconds of ending, with its recording, transcript, write-up and share controls.
It has two views: My Recordings, everything you captured, and Shared with Me, what other people shared with you. On a phone the same list is the home screen of Compact mode.
Open it at platform.scribx.app.

Search and filter
The search and filter bar sits above the grid (highlight ② above).
- Search across titles, transcripts and summaries — find the meeting where something was actually said.
- Platform — Meet, Zoom, Teams or Quick Notes.
- Time — past hour, 24 hours, week or month.
- Status — active, completed or failed.
- Team — on Shared with Me, narrow to one team, or to the meetings shared with you directly.
Organize by team
Each meeting belongs to a team/project, which determines who can see it. Switch teams to see different sets of meetings. See Teams & roles.
Captured into the wrong team? Move a recording so the right people can find it — see Share recordings.
Deleted meetings
Deleting a meeting moves it to Trash, where it stays until it expires and can be restored at any point before that. Items in the trash don't count toward your storage quota. Empty trash deletes them for good — that one can't be undone.
Free shows the last 30 days and Pro and Team the last 90. If the library looks shorter than you expect, nothing has been deleted — the older meetings come back the moment the organization moves up a plan. See Plans & billing.
