Transcript & translation

Alongside the write-up, every meeting keeps its full transcript — every line, attributed to a speaker and timestamped to the recording. Read it, search it, fix it, and translate it.

The transcript

The Transcript tab with speaker-labeled, timestamped lines and a language selector12
  1. 1Read the transcript in the original or your language
  2. 2Copy the transcript
The full transcript — speaker-labeled and timestamped, readable in your language.
  • Speaker labels on every line
  • Timestamps that jump to that moment in the recording
  • Search across the whole transcript
  • Reads top to bottom like a clean conversation log

Translate the transcript

  1. Open the Transcript on a meeting.
  2. Choose the language you want to read in.
  3. Each line shows the original and the translation.

Translation is available across ScribX's supported languages, with the full experience in English, Vietnamese and Japanese. See Languages.

Edit & clean up

The transcript is editable:

  1. Click a line to correct the text.
  2. Rename speakers so labels read as real names everywhere.
  3. Adjust timestamps if needed.

Changes save instantly, and you can regenerate the summary afterward so it reflects your edits.

tip

Renaming a speaker once updates the name across the transcript, the write-up and the action items.
