Access requests & guest access

When you own a live meeting, you control who gets to watch it. ScribX surfaces requests inline so you can approve them without leaving the call.

Approving requests

When someone asks to view a live meeting you own, a request card stack appears by the toolbar, with inline Approve and Deny controls. A notification bell lets you review all requests in one place when several come in at once.

Guest access

A guest who opens a shared meeting can request access. As the owner, you'll see a banner prompting you to Create a share link — see share links for how those work.

Guests are view-only. They see the state of their request as it moves through pending → approved → denied.
