Welcome to ScribX

ScribX turns every meeting into a searchable record and a structured write-up — captured anywhere, processed live, kept forever. It works in two halves that share one account:

  • The browser extension rides along inside Google Meet and Zoom (web). It shows a live transcript and translation while you talk, and lets you capture a call without inviting anything into the room. (For Microsoft Teams, send a bot instead — see supported platforms.)
  • The web app (platform.scribx.app) is your library and your control room. Every meeting lands here with its transcript, AI summary, action items and share controls — and you can start, watch and manage a capture without the extension at all. It also has a pop-out Live Companion for reading along on Zoom or Teams desktop, and a phone-sized Compact mode.

You can capture a meeting three ways — send a bot to join the call for you, capture the tab you're already in with the extension, or record your microphone with Quick Notes. Either way, the notes write themselves.

How a meeting flows through ScribX

  1. Capture — send a bot to the meeting, or hit capture in the extension on the tab you're in.
  2. Live — the transcript and translation stream in real time; ScribX marks Checkpoints (decisions, blockers, action items) as they happen.
  3. Write-up — seconds after the call ends, ScribX generates a structured note.
  4. Library — the recording, transcript and note appear in the web app, ready to edit, search and share.
