Welcome to ScribX
ScribX turns every meeting into a searchable record and a structured write-up — captured anywhere, processed live, kept forever. It works in two halves that share one account:
- The browser extension rides along inside Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams. It shows a live transcript and translation while you talk, and lets you capture a call without inviting anything into the room.
- The web app (platform.scribx.app) is your library. Every meeting lands here with its transcript, AI summary, action items and share controls.
You can capture a meeting two ways — send a bot to join the call for you, or capture the tab you're already in with the extension. Either way, the notes write themselves.

How a meeting flows through ScribX
- Capture — send a bot to the meeting, or hit capture in the extension on the tab you're in.
- Live — the transcript and translation stream in real time; ScribX marks Checkpoints (decisions, blockers, action items) as they happen.
- Write-up — seconds after the call ends, ScribX generates a structured note.
- Library — the recording, transcript and note appear in the web app, ready to edit, search and share.
note
The ScribX UI is fully localized in English, Vietnamese and Japanese, with transcription and translation across 100+ languages. See Translation & languages.
