Correct the transcript & glossary
ScribX gets names and terms wrong sometimes — a product name, an acronym, a colleague's name. Fix it once in the live transcript and, if you like, ScribX remembers the correction and applies it automatically in every future meeting (your personal glossary).
Fix a word
While the transcript is running, hover, click, or drag across any word or run of words and type the correction in place.
- Tick Remember correction to add it to your glossary — ScribX auto-applies the same fix from then on.
- Corrections survive a reload and show a "Corrected from: …" tooltip on hover.
Two kinds of highlight
- Corrected (green) — a fix you made by hand.
- Auto-corrected (blue) — a fix the glossary applied for you automatically.
For Chinese / Japanese / Korean, the transcript is tokenized per character, so a correction can target a single character or a short run.
You can't edit a machine translation directly — correct the original line and the translation updates to match.
Build a reusable glossary
Hand corrections feed your personal glossary. To seed it up front (product names, people, acronyms) for the whole team, add a team glossary as context — see Context & glossary.
