The AI write-up
Seconds after a meeting ends, ScribX generates a structured note from the transcript and Checkpoints. You don't write anything — open the meeting in your library and it's already there.
What's in a write-up
123- 1Summary holds the write-up — Transcript & Checkpoints sit alongside
- 2Switch the language or format, then regenerate
- 3Add context so names and terms come out right
Every note has the same dependable shape:
- Quick recap — a few sentences on what the meeting was about and what came of it.
- Overview by topic — the discussion grouped into themes, so you can skim what was covered.
- Next steps by owner — action items attributed to the people responsible.
- Detailed recap — a timestamped, blow-by-blow log you can expand and jump from.
Edit anything
The write-up is a starting point, not a locked document.
- Open the meeting in the web app.
- Edit any section inline — fix a name, sharpen a recap, reassign an action item.
- Changes save instantly.
You can also regenerate a summary — for example after renaming speakers or adding context.
Make it better
The single biggest lever on quality is context:
- Add a glossary of product names, people and acronyms.
- Link reference docs so ScribX resolves names and decisions correctly.
