Share from the extension

You don't have to wait for the call to end — or open the web app — to share a meeting. The extension panel can create a share link to the recording and its notes right there.

Share during or after a call

1. In the ScribX side panel, open the Share control.
2. Choose who can access it — your team or anyone with the link.
3. Optionally add a passcode for a link-shared recording.
4. Copy the link and send it.

Recipients open the meeting in the web app, where the transcript, summary and recording live.

Access & passcodes

• Team access — visible to the people in the recording's team/project.
• Link access — anyone with the link (optionally gated by a passcode).

Sharing respects your team's access policy. If you can't create a public link, your organization may restrict link sharing.
