Your meeting content is yours. ScribX stores your write-ups and transcripts so you can revisit them, but it never locks them in and never trains on them. Whenever you need the content somewhere else, there are a few ways to get it out.

Copy from the recording detail page

The quickest way to reuse a single meeting's output is to copy it straight from the recording detail page.

  • Copy the write-up — grab the AI write-up (recap, overview, next steps and detailed log) and paste it into an email, doc or chat.
  • Copy the transcript — copy the full speaker-labeled transcript, or just the lines you need.
tip

Switch the summary language or format before you copy, so what you paste is already in the language your audience reads.

Export a meeting's notes or transcript

From the same recording detail page you can export a meeting's notes and transcript as a file, in formats such as Markdown or PDF, for archiving or for sharing outside your team.

Which formats are offered can vary — the detail page shows the options available for a given meeting.

Push structured notes programmatically

If you want notes to flow into your own tools automatically instead of exporting by hand, use ScribX's programmatic delivery.

  • Webhooks & API — receive structured notes as each meeting finishes, or pull them on demand from the REST API. This is how you feed downstream systems (e.g. a CRM, a data warehouse, or Slack).
  • MCP server — let an AI assistant or agent read your meeting notes directly through the Model Context Protocol.

Full data export

Before deleting your account, you can request a full data export so you keep a copy of everything. See data & retention for what's included and how long content is kept.
