Share recordings
Every meeting you capture is private to you and your team by default. When you want others to see it, the Share dialog gives you precise control over who can open it.
Open the Share dialog
From a meeting's detail page (or the extension panel), click Share.

- 2General access — Restricted, your team, your organization, or anyone with the link
- 3Copy a link, or preview the meeting as a guest
Ways to share
You share a meeting in two complementary ways: add specific people by name, and set the meeting's General access for everyone else.
Add specific people or a domain
Type into the people field to grant access to:
- A specific person — add them by email. They get access even if they aren't on your team.
- A whole domain — add
@yourcompany.comso anyone with that email domain can open it.
Each person or domain you add is a Viewer or Editor (see Access levels).
When the meeting has identified participants, turn on Auto-share with participants so everyone who joined gets viewer access automatically.
Set General access
Open the General access menu to choose who — beyond the people you added — can open the meeting. There are four options:
| Option | Who can open it |
|---|---|
| Restricted | Only the owner and the people & domains you added. (Default.) |
| Your team (e.g. "Demo Team") | Everyone in this team can open it. |
| Your organization (e.g. "Acme Inc") | Anyone in the organization can open it. |
| Anyone with the link | Anyone with the share link (and access code) can open it — no account needed. |
The team and organization options show their real names in the menu. Choosing Anyone with the link creates a public share link; it's mutually exclusive with the team/org options, so switching between them clears the other.
Access levels
Every viewer gets one of two roles:
- Viewer — read the summary and transcript, play the recording.
- Editor — also edit the transcript, rename speakers and regenerate the summary.
You set a role per person/domain when you add them, and you can set a single Viewer/Editor role for the whole team or organization when you pick those General-access options. (The "Anyone with the link" option is always view-only.)
The person who captured the meeting is its owner and always has full control.
Use Preview as guest to see exactly what an external viewer will — before you send the link.
