The web app

The ScribX web app (platform.scribx.app) is the control center for everything ScribX — and it works entirely on its own, without the browser extension. From here you can send a bot to a meeting, schedule captures, review and share past meetings, and manage settings.

No extension needed

You can send a bot, schedule, review and share meetings using only the web app. The extension is an optional convenience for capturing in-call on Google Meet and Zoom (web).

The home dashboard

The ScribX web-app home dashboard with Start a capture and Schedule a capture actions
The home dashboard — start or schedule a capture and see recent meetings, all without the extension.

When you sign in you land on the home dashboard, with quick actions and recent activity:

  • Start a capture — open Start ScribX to send a bot or begin Quick Notes.
  • Schedule a capture — connect your calendar so bots auto-join.
  • Recent meetings and usage at a glance.

Getting around

The sidebar groups everything into three sections.

The account menu at the top-right holds your profile, the light/dark switch, Compact mode, and — for admins — Organization settings.

Beyond the main window

  • Live Companion — a narrow pop-out that streams a running capture beside your meeting, including on Zoom and Teams desktop.
  • Compact mode — the same app in a phone-shaped shell, with a record button in the bottom bar.
