Scheduled bots & calendar Early Adopter
Calendar auto-join is available on the Early Adopter plan and above. See Plans & billing.
Connect your calendar once and ScribX shows your upcoming meetings — pick the ones to record, or let it auto-join everything. No link-pasting, nothing to remember. Every scheduled call lands in your library with a full write-up.
The Scheduled page is the hub: your calendar on one side, your upcoming meetings on the other.

Connect your calendar
- Open the Scheduled page in the web app.
- Click Calendars and authorize Google or Microsoft.
- ScribX reads your upcoming meetings — titles, times and links — so it knows when and where to join.
Connected calendars are listed under Connected calendars, each with an on/off switch. See Integrations.
Record an upcoming meeting
Once a calendar is connected, your meetings appear grouped by day (Today, Tomorrow, and so on), each showing its time, platform and link.
- Click Schedule on any meeting to send a bot — ScribX joins about a minute before it starts.
- Use When and Platform filters, or search, to find a specific meeting.
- Pick a day in the calendar widget to jump to that date's meetings.
Auto-join everything
Prefer it fully hands-off? Turn on auto-join so a bot joins your meetings without you lifting a finger. Typical choices:
- All meetings with a link — the default hands-off mode
- Only meetings I organize — skip calls you're just attending
- Per-meeting — off by default; opt in from each event
Set the default team/project, summary language and format for auto-captured meetings, so every write-up is filed and written the way you expect — without touching each one.
Schedule a one-off link
For a meeting that isn't on your calendar, click Schedule ScribX and paste the link — same as sending a bot, but for a future start time.
