Credits & usage
Your plan includes a monthly allowance of meetings, tracked as credits. This page explains what consumes a credit and where to see what's left.
What a credit is
- Capturing a meeting costs about 1 credit, whether you send a bot or capture in-browser.
- Your monthly allowance depends on your plan — 20 on Free, 100 on Early Adopter, unlimited on Enterprise.
- Allowances reset each billing month.
You'll see the credit cost on the Start ScribX screen before you begin.
What doesn't cost extra
Once a meeting is captured, these don't consume additional credits:
- Generating and regenerating the summary
- Translating the transcript
- Editing, sharing and exporting
Track usage
Organization admins can see usage — meetings captured, credits remaining and trends — under Settings → Organization in the web app. Credits are tracked per organization and shared across the team.
Running low?
If you're close to your monthly limit, an admin can upgrade the plan. On Enterprise, meetings are unlimited.
