Web App

New

  • Live slide translation — When someone shares slides, ScribX reads them, translates the text into your language (personal names included), and re-shares a clean, translated version to the meeting. Set a separate language just for slides; toggle it when you invite the bot or mid-meeting.
  • Recurring auto-record — Switch on "Record every occurrence" and every future instance of a recurring meeting is scheduled automatically.
  • Start, request, or take over scheduled recordings — Start one early, ask the owner for access, or take over one someone else set up.
  • Speaker names in AI Notes — AI Meeting Notes recognizes who's speaking by voiceprint, so notes name the right person — even for mic-only captures.
  • Google sign-inSign in with your Google account.
  • A site that speaks your language — Privacy, Terms and DPA are now in Vietnamese, Japanese and Korean, and the marketing site and live demo now include Korean.
  • Team context & glossary — Any team member can now build the team's context and glossary, not just the owner.
  • Live Companion pop-out — A compact pop-out window for following the live transcript.

Improvements

  • Sharper Vietnamese slide/document reading — Text recognition is faster and more accurate — about 3.5× faster on Vietnamese, with the diacritics kept right.
  • Manage your own recordings — Rename a recording or move it to trash, and connect a Google/Microsoft calendar to a personal project.
  • Redesigned sign-up confirmation email, with a resend option.

Fixes

  • Cross-language summaries — Summary bodies are now translated (not just headings), Regenerate works on the first click, and the language no longer flickers on meetings that switch languages.
  • Microsoft Teams — Fixed the sign-in video issue when the bot joins Teams.
  • Long meetings finish saving — Recordings are no longer cut off mid-upload at the end of a long meeting.

Chrome Extension

New

  • Live captions without a bot (Google Meet) — Capture and translate a meeting's captions from the extension without inviting the bot; switch to a bot anytime.
  • Presentation view — A multi-panel presentation window with grid and focus layouts, one language per panel, and jump-to-live.
  • Customizable caption overlay — Style the in-meeting captions your way — paragraph view, background opacity, text outline/shadow, size, colors — and it remembers your settings.
  • Zoom support — The browser extension now works on Zoom (web).
  • A fresh new look — New amber design across the sidebar, invite flow, popup and full-screen settings, with an org-grouped team picker and a first-run onboarding tour.

Improvements

  • Smoother, steadier captions — Live text updates cleanly with no flicker, follows the newest words, and can show 1–3 languages at once.
  • Simpler sharing — One stable passcode per meeting with a copy button.

Fixes

  • Caption correction highlights — The green/blue correction outlines are now always visible on Zoom and Google Meet.
